In charge of 3 high school students who helped me get invoices out to businesses using our service to hire college graduates or college students. I devised an easier way to fold the invoices so they didn’t get stuck in the machine as much and also were inserted in the envelopes faster. I also assisted the HR Manager with handing out applications and taking them in. I scheduled interviews with prospective applicants and assisted with the interviews. Also did all the ordering of needed supplies for all customer services representatives as well as managers. Figured out a new system on how to store the supplies so they were more accessible and easier to find. Opened office every morning and turned off alarm.

Took calls from customers requiring plumbers or drain cleaners. Dispatched either drain cleaner or plumber to cusomer’s residence to fix their plumbing problems. Entered all information into computer, prior to dispatching appropriate individual, to conclusion as to what they did, parts they used and price charged. Figured an easier way to access past customers when they called for service again. Took keys from plumbers as they came in from their last jobs and hung on appropriate rung. Once all plumbers were punched out for the night, started computer backup every night. Turned off lights, turned on alarm and locked up the office.
