From the onset, I have always been passionate with working with diverse personalities, how a multitude of people think, act and face situation, and this explains the course I have chosen to undergo at tertiary. During my time of employment, I have noticed how some of the employees experience unfair discrimination and not doing anything about it because of not having an idea of the Labour Relations Act. By virtue, this made me even more eager to help those employees to deal with these predicament situations.

I am a very dedicated person; I am very goal driven and achieving my goals brings nothing but pleasure to my heart. I really like challenging myself because it helps me tackle the barriers of pressure, in other words it helps me cope even if I am under pressure. I am able to alter my emotions and make them not to come in my way of fulfilling my duties because many people come with their personal problems at work and making it hard for them to cope and balance their work ethics.

The experience I have received in my employment history, helped me to see how people operate, what they need without having to voice up and it helped me bring out the best service I can offer.
