Job Description:

Currently working as a Manager Electrical & Utility (Roll: Maintenance In-charge) in M/S. Spectrum Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd, Warananagar, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

SREL is active in the field of Bio Energy and established the first commercial BIO-CNG plant in India for the automobile and industrial fuel alternative to the petrol/Diesel & LPG.

●Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of 33 KV Sub-Station, Bio-Gas Engine based Power Generator (CHP), Bio-Digesters, Bio-Chemical based H2S & Water based CO2 Scrubbing system, Bio-CNG Bottling plant, Gas Chiller, Gas Drier, Compressors & Organic Fertilizer making unit. Up keeping of the all Electrical Equipments, instrumentation and utility equipments by strictly following the maintenance schedules.

●Responsible for the day to day maintenance work planning, execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, History card, annual maintenance schedule & budget.

●Responsible for efficient operation, monitoring & control the critical parameters, optimizing the Spares, stores consumption, Inventory Management, maximum machine availability and keep minimum down time.

●Responsible for the coordination with the local government authorities like MSEB, CEIG,MPCB, FESSO, FCO, Factory inspection, and maintain the related documents for the statutory records.

● Hands on experience in the automation systems repair and maintenance of the PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD Drives, UPS, Batteries, DG sets, Telephonic instruments, Passenger lift, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Load cells, etc.

●Hands on experience in the LT/HT Motors, all type of Transformers, Switch Gears, HT/LT control panel,. etc.
