Over 35 years of work experience in a high technology, military missiles engineering environment, with twenty two of those years in Manufacturing Engineering. Provided production engineering support at several facilities for multiple military contracts. Certified Specialist in the Raytheon Six Sigma program and accumulated over six projects, knowledgeable of SPC, JIT, and lean. I taught a two day class in work instruction development, have MRB authority for nonconforming hardware, organized configuration control and wrote rework instructions.
