EXPERIENCE
Team Lead, Panera Bread, Jan 2017 - Current, Lincoln, NE Since working for Panera I have had a wide range of experiences. I started off working in the dinning room and helping costumers. Weeks later I also helped cater with my cater coordinator. I have also worked on main line and helped put together orders and making food. I helped clean the store and also became a trainer. I have trained for over two years and worked my way up to team lead at my cafe. As a team lead I would make sure my line and staff were doing not only their job but the correct and manerly way. I would also keep track of window times making sure orders go out at a fast time. With my experience with working at Panera I have worked almost every postion under management including cash register and order taker. I have even prepped food for the cafe and helped put away inventory. We also have E Learning. In which we have online classes that we need to take to make sure we earn our qualifications to stay working for the cafe.
Manager, Zoup, Apr 2016 - Jan 2017, Lincoln, NE
I worked as a employee under management's at first and helped make orders. I also May 2021
May 2014
prepped and cleaned the store. After only a few months working there I earned my spot in becoming a manager. I then delt with keeping track of inventory, staff, restocking, temperature checks, and I also kept track of depositz and catering. I loved working there and it was a great experience but sadly the Zoup that I worked at closed at the Gateway mall and I found a similar job at panera that was close by. Concessions Worker & Ticket booth, Marcus Theaters, Feb 2014 - Apr 2016, Lincoln, NE I started out working at East park Theater for years and also helped work at Lincoln Grand theater. I was currently in highschool when I started working for thr Marcus theater company. I started off at the concessions stand selling popcorn and other food. I greated guested and also helped up sale food products and certain merch. I then helped count inventory before closing time and had to fallow a cleaning list. Often times I sweaped, mopped, took out trash, and did the dishes. I also worked at the ticket booth and took calls for the theater. Sometimes if we were short staffed I would help clean the theaters and do bathroom checks and stock or clean the restrooms. Once a month the East park location had a major cleaning list and eveyone would have their own tasks to do. It was a lot of work working for the theater but I learned a lot from working there and met a lot of amazing people.
