Experiences

1.Since November, 2009 till present I have joined SDC (Securities Depository Center) as Business Development Officer. The following tasks were recognized as a job description:

Participate in developing and delivering the various terms of researches, technical reports, tools, and guidelines, reports, summaries, PowerPoint presentations as needed by the project activities.

Support the project team in identifying additional resources or specific expertise needed to implement specific activities.

Work with the Information Technology and Legal team to bring in good practices and ensure their fit to the local context.

Ensure proper project coordination and relationship management with relevant government counterparts on the project activities and with local and global organizations’ teams on project activities.

Provide guidance for employees and team members in any technicalities other than providing coaching or raining where any need raises.

Developed technical deliverables including; standard operating procedures, progress reports, and supporting documents that aim to reengineer and process and simplify it.

Report and document activities, results, progress, lessons learned, and potential future interventions, in addition to gap analysis.

Assist in the planning process in compliance with planning parameters outlined in the manuals and the planning instructions, procedures, and standards.

Doing the correspondences with other parties that are related to SDC work that include partners, local and international institutions, and other stakeholders.

Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on various content databases to ensure quality recordkeeping.

Contribute to ensuring consistent monitoring approaches, tools, and systems in line with global standards and policies.

Contribute directly or indirectly to improvements of working tools and processes, in order to affect the institution performance, and identify appropriate solutions to ensure the efficient implementation of different activities.

Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback generated from various online sources.

Routinely generate and distribute reports as required. Such reports may include meeting memos, general-purpose reports, and user manuals, services manuals.

2.Since January, 2009 till August, 2009 I have joined University of Jordan as a Teacher Assistant (for two subjects: Dreamweaver and Natural Language Processing). The following tasks were recognized as a job description:

Prepare lesson materials, bulletin board displays, exhibits, equipment, and demonstrations.

Present subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of teachers, using lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods.

Grade homework and tests, and compute and record results, using a specific procedure.

Observe students' performance and record relevant data to assess progress.

Take class attendance and maintain attendance records.

Maintain computers in classrooms and laboratories, and assist students in the labs.

Type, file, and duplicate materials.

Additionally, I was extremely interested in doing research that goes around my thesis.

3.Since August, 2007 till January, 2009 I have joined Primus (Computer Networking Services) as a “Technical Writer”. The following tasks were recognized as a job description:

Index and cross-reference documents such as bulletins and manuals.

Produce or arrange for illustrations, charts, and photographs to be included in publications.

4.Since March, 2007 till July, 2007 I have joined Techno Gate for Communications & Networks Technologies co. Ltd. as an “Account Manager & Marketing Assistant”. The following tasks were considered as a job description:

Identifying export markets especially with VOIP providers, either on the level of the middle east or international.

Generating sales of our entire range of services, and products.

Configuring a plan for pricing international countries per month.

Achieve targeted market share in each location within a required range of call-shops.

5.Since August 1st,2006 till February,2007 I have joined Jordan Telecom Group Team as a “National Operators” trainee, the following tasks were considered as the main duties:

Following Up PPC, ISP, and GSM operators.

Analysing traffic for national Operators.

Following Up Amendments and Interconnection Agreements with new operators.

Academic Qualifications

1. Master’s Degree in Information Systems --University of Jordan (August, 2009), Excellent average grade is attained with GPA (3,69). My master’s degree thesis entitled as “Extracting emotional expressions from unstructured text based on emotion-Ontology” with (70 %) success rate.

2.BSc Degree in Software Engineering – AL-Balqa’a Applied University (2006), the very good average grade is attained with GPA (3,54)

Graduation Project:

It was about:” Finding the optimal time path between two specific points using on a map object using Geographical Information Systems (GIS) via Genetic Algorithms”. In other words, it was a navigator for emergency cases (ambulance cars and fire services)

3. General Secondary certificate in the scientific stream from Al-Raed Al-Arabi School (2002) with GPA (88,7)
