● Managed Greenfield & Brownfield - success rate of 98% Quality, Cost reduction of 25% and 30% efficiency improvements.

● Set Benchmark for most vehicles made at Lordstown Assembly plant with preventable safety measures and excelled quality implementation.

● Managed hundreds of supervisors, hundreds of shift leaders and thousands of hourly employees, to include union (UAW) leadership.
