Problem Solving Skills. During my time at Power Transmission, most of the tasks and activities allocated to me involve reasoning and solving a problem which I have to come up with new ideas in solving safety issues for example coming up with solutions to minimize most raised hazards.

Strong Organization Skills. My work involves working with teams of around 35-50 people where I ensure that all task sequences are adhered to and work is done in a coordinated manner in order to minimize work place injuries.

Communication Skills. My day to day tasks involve the identification of hazards and carrying out risk assessments as well as communicating the findings to other team members and my supervisors and raising concerns to relevant management team for action.
