Professional Experience
Production Manager
Act as primary point of contact for transmissions issues and will be responsible for contacting customers to inform them of any downtime or transmission problems.
Lead teams responsible for each area within the production operation.

Handle all day-to-day client needs (change orders, client issues resolution, error management, root cause analysis, maintain processing instructions, etc.)
Identify/Remediate/Escalate service risks proactively before protracted relationship impact occurs.
Identify/recommend enhancements to current processing in order to benefit Transcentra and client.
Recommend additional products and services that could benefit the client.
Analyze and report on production and/or client behavior variances (volume, error/issues, etc.)
Support invoicing, compliance and other functional areas that constitute part of an overall operation of client account.
Administer service reviews on a regular basis in order to: report empirical data on how the client perceives the service provided by their contract points at Transcentra, and provide internal feedback and/or create internal action plan to improve service perceptions.
