Giving overall & all time support to Marketing Engineers of Industrial Systems Group. With a manpower of 30 nos.
Handling customer queries on Stock/Product Availability, pricing & Deliveries.
Raising of Challans in SAP based on customer orders
Followup with C & F agent for delivery of the material ordered and arranging despatch details.
Supervision of after Sales Service for complete Customer Satisfaction.
Follow up with service Department for resolution of product related complaints.
Managing Northern Region Data Statistics & preparing MIS Reports regarding invoicing, collection, debtors etc.
Preparing monthly closing Reports, Presentations for Regional Marketing Manager
& General Manager North for Corporate presentation.
