Developed a startup MSO business to contract with an Orthopedic Surgeon to create a therapy center in Philadelphia. On behalf of Orthopedic Surgeon recruited and hired chiropractor and office staffing. Directed onsite therapy center delivering physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, fracture care, post-concussion Vestibular Therapy, Balance Therapy, Advanced Injury Rehabilitation, Occupational Hand Therapy, and Chiropractic services. Formulated billing and collections procedures and processes for billing health insurance, Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation insurers.

Oversaw administrative activities, set up weekly digital reports of business activity, and contributed to the development of OCM metrics, driving program effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
