Risk management: Implementing controls to mitigate the risks, Movement of tape backup to concerned location on need.

Follow UP and closure of Issues in applications on time by coordinating with internal Teams and vendors.

Card Operations: Analyzing and resolving the issues of Card operations.

Server Management: Monitoring the server, installing software on requirement Managing the issues in server.

E-mail/Chat support: Providing support to various issues over e-mail and Chat at level 2.

Voice Support: Supporting the technical issues over voice call from concerned team at level 2.
