DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete PPE before performing a task in the field.

Knowledgeable on field bus, DCS, PLC and electronic troubleshooting.

Familiar in drawings and documentation and plan work activities.

Carried out of loop checking, continuity testing instrument to junction box and junction box to panel.

Installation, checking and troubleshooting of instrumentation & control system in process.

Involved in erection and commissioning, online maintenance of continuous process plant, regular preventive maintenance jobs, installation calibration & maintenance of instruments, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting of control panels, electronic &pneumatic instruments such as controllers, recorder, converter and switches.

Instrument equipment using for the calibration of the foundation field bus: multimeter, decade box, current simulator and field bus communicator-275,375 and 475.

Working with shut down activities like PM jobs calibration, loop checking, control valve overhauling and stroke checking etc. My responsibility includes in function checks and field DCS-PLC for all types of field instruments and having ability to followed layer drawing and loop drawings handle successfully all land of test instruments, such as primary and secondary instruments,

Good knowledge of understanding of P&I diagram, loop checking, sequence logic, relay logic, electrical diagram.

Having knowledge of industrial safety rules & regulations, using safety instrument firefighting equipments, safety precaution, safety permits.
