Conducting end to end recruitment across Pan India Understanding the requirements of the position.
Conducted preliminary screening for all applicants: reviewing CV’s, scheduling practical and basic skills tests and selecting candidates for initial interview
Collaborated with managers, including the internal and external agencies regarding matters on new job positions in the company Screening the quality profiles
Responsible for creating data base, sourcing candidates, interview scheduling. Sourcing candidates from different portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Head hunting, mass mailing and Employee referrals.
