Career Overview
After completing high school I started working in retail industry under sportsman’s warehouse 2014 before leaving as a permanent worker after six months to go and fulfill my tertiary education, due to circumstances I retired to retail but accepted a better offer at the Cape union Maart group where I fulfilled a more senior position for three years before being approached by the Busby Group to work as a supervisor on the sales floor, after the through retail experience I applied at my first BPO as an advisor work my way up to level of authority 2 for the United Kingdom insurance group direct line before being approached by a previous manager to move onto greener pastures at Teleperformance where I was still in the United Kingdom insurance facility as a senior advisor before joining Capita South Africa as a contact center advisor where I became a subject matter expert and assistant Team leader for 2 years.
