• Maintain the assets equipment master list including HVAC assets, Pumps, Generators, Tanks, elevators, Electrical Equipment.
• Maintain the manafacturer records, specifications, technical documents, drawings, data sheets, and catalogs for available equipment.
• Develop cost estimate, evaluate equipment, review quotations, perform analysis and make recommendations on selection of spare parts.
• Coordinate with procurement department for purchasing the applicable equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain inspections log, equipment breakdown log and preventive maintenance record log.
• Coordinate with inventory team and logistics for materials delivery time.
• Overseeing maintenance team daily activities and work progress and evaluate the performance.
• Be personally responsible for safety, accuracy and thoroughness of work performed.
• Manage personal work time to keep assigned jobs on schedule to meet expected completion dates.
• Analyze and survey all equipment and systems to find new opportunities to improve operating effeciency, reliability and profitability.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedule for all facility assets in yearly calender.
• Perform scheduled inspections for Facility to ensure functioning of all facility operations.
• Review/establish new contracts/agreements with external parties to conduct regular maintenance for some facility activity as applicable.
