ACADEMIC PROJECT

TITLE: Frequency Control of Two area Power System Network By using PSO based PI CONTROLLER DURATION: 4 year – 2sem (6 months)

DESCRIPTION: The main object of our project is to control the loadfrequency of two area power systemnet work by using PSO based PI CONTROLLER. The load frequency of power system is very important to maintain the frequency and voltage with in the limits, there are different algorithms to optimize the controller gains for load frequency control for an interconnected power system where these controllers are used to control the frequency variation up to 2.5HZ.

TECHNOLOGIES USED : MAT LAB, SIMULINK SOFTWARE.
