Energy Savings Projects: LED lighting upgrades with dimming controls, Centrifugal Chiller Rebuilds with VFDs achieving 18% tonnage increase, AHU & Cooling tower VFDs, and Boiler Replacements resulted in over $500k in utilities savings.

Improved protection against Covid-19 by implementing multiple improvements, including replacing older AC unit coils and insulation, installing temperature scanning at entrances, plexiglass barriers throughout, MERV 13 filters, HEPA air scrubbers, enzyme coil cleaning and improved sanitizing measures.
