SME & NPI Senior Program Manager (02/2014 - Present)

Lead Off-highway and On-highway aftertreatment cross functional team to execute new product through value package introduction methodology.

●Subject Matter Expert: Considered as worldwide SME for aftertreatment components (i.e. NOx, Pressure, Temperature, Particulate Matter sensors). Responsible for providing guidance, sharing common practices, and championing process improvements, to global functional teams (UK, India & China).

●OBD Diagnostics Tuning: Administered calibration tuning and OBD diagnostics development work for multiple diesel engine programs. Coordinate and assist OBD certification and compliance activities.

Senior Controls Engineer (04/2008 - 01/2014)

Responsible for control strategy design, testing, and continuous support for multiple OBD and performance features, including but not limited to EGR, Intake throttle, Turbo charger and other air handling subsystems.

●Controls Algorithm Development: Developed diagnostics and performance algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow. Lead control algorithm development efforts for sensor, actuators, and aftertreatment catalysts (i.e. SCR, DOC, DPF).

●Testing & Root Cause Analysis: Experience in designing and performing automated regression tests on hardware-in-loop (HIL) systems and test bench setups.
