Job Responsibilities
Aware about local health safety and environment standard and international standard.
Coordinating in development of method statement and risk assessment and reviewing
Preventing injury to personnel and damage to plant and equipment
Advising management on legal requirement regarding HSE
Accident and incident investigation and determine root cause and devise corrective action
Conducting site monitoring to check the compliance of HSE organization management on site
Assisting consultant, client other group during their safety tours to monitor the project HSE safety plan
Attend and participate in site safety committee meeting
Assist with training for all level of employees.
Conducting tool box talk and induction training on site
In conjunction with HSE Manager,assist with the preparation and ongoing revision of HSE plan
Ensure that the necessary emergency procedure is in place and up dated
Conducting the monitoring of all safety equipment on site
Conducting inspection of all plant and equipment legal documents implementing environmental strategies and action plans that ensure corporate sustainable development;
coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy;

auditing, analyzing and reporting health safety and environmental performance to internal and external clients;
carrying out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce an organization’s health safety and environmental risks;
