I worked with members directly with any questions or concerns they may have it pertaining to their health insurance plans from their benefits all the way to claim research to appeals to submitting prior authorizations free certifications and also did Pharmacy and dealt with providers and medical doctors and pharmacists over and beyond anything that the member needed work multiple applications at one time remotely work from home since March 2020 computer programming able to access over 80 different program applications at one time I adjusted medical claims if we're needed after researching was thoroughly done very self orientated hard-working unfortunately my medical issues I was very ill which caused me to miss my job and I went over the allowed amount of hours that the company allowed to be missed which side to unfortunately being let go hello loved working with members and very good customer communication over and beyond for whatever member needed office-based teamwork was a big part of why I enjoyed working for Blue Cross Blue Shield
