QUALIFICATIONS
I have a doctorate in philosophy in material and analytical chemistry and I have Master degree in bioanalytical chemistry. I have experienced in surface modification, fictionalizations and enzyme immobilizations. I have a broad knowledge in almost all analytical techniques which are required to conduct research and analysis. I have intensive experience with analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, and CE. I am able to function well within multidisciplinary teams. RESEARCH INTERESTS
“Synthesis and characterization of catalysis based on mesoporous materials and environmental application” This is a new procedure for synthesis of mesoporous materials MSU-type and SBA-15, and functionalized mesoporous materials. This method consists of the direct incorporation of active catalysts heteropolyacid, such as tungstophosphoric (H3PW12O40) and platinum (H2PtCl6), in the mesoporous solid. Also these materials can be modified with chelating agents such as EDTA, both of them will be used in environmental applications.
“Methods for enzyme (trypsin) immobilization on a solid support for peptide mapping by chromatography” This method for immobilizing enzymes by covalent bond via different spacers such as glutaraldehyde on different supports. Optimization of the enzyme quantity for higher activity, quantification and kinetic (KM and VM) will be studied. In the second part, digestion test in a microreactor will be achieved EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
