Travel Coordinator–Duties (2013–2017)

Travel arrangements local and overseas that included the following:

• Booking of Accommodation, Car hire, Flights, Forex exchange when required and Visa’s

(incl. employment & Invitation Letters) Booked directly or with agency.

• Keep records of all travel arrangements.

• Keep track of regular/unnecessary costs.

• Manage all travel related invoices between coordinators and travel agent insuring all invoices are approved and uploaded onto sharepoint for finance.

• Check online costs vs quote insure cost effective options Safety Administration–Duties (2013– 2017)

• Arrange and book Medical Examinations

• Arrange Sasol Inductions and plant specific inductions

• Arrange training required for job– project specific OR Safety related
