Monitor, track and process SiC wafers from beginning to completion, track process steps through electronic traveler system / PROMIS, ensure product in spec of SPC.

Adjust deposition time, sensors, etch time, gas flow, and parameter before and after process SiC wafers.

Perform inspection, measure CD, thickness, Rs, analyze, and take images of pattern.

Collect all data at every step to ensure product is on right track.

Update data daily for engineers and split lot, lead wafer per engineer request, process, and provide feedback to engineers.

Photo: Tracks for spin/ coat and develop; ASML, Ultratech Stepper for align.

Dry Etch: AMAT Endura, P5000, SSEC 3300, SPEC, Matrix, Lam, Dehydration Bake for Oxide, Poly, Metal, Pad etch and strip Photo Resist.

Wet etch: BOE, KOH, Sulfuric, Phosphoric Acid, SMS, ST-200, EKC, ST-200 for etch and strip Photo Resist.

Thin Films: AMAT Sputter, AMAT HTF, Novellus, RTA, FSI Mercury MP, for Metal, SiCr, Aluminum, Ti / Tin, Platinum deposition.

Performed inspection, measurement on microscope, Nano, Ellipsometer, Detak, Microtronic Eagle view, Profilometer, CD SEM, SEM Vision, AIT, and created new recipe in CD SEM, SEM Vision, AIT for production.

Updated procedure in Document Control per engineer request and trained production staff on new procedures.
