Entrusted to serve as one of four watch supervisors in charge of overseeing the operation of a nuclear propulsion/power plant. Inspect system components to assess operational capabilities. Oversee the upkeep and repair of malfunctioning parts to sustain optimal functionality of all system processes. Led trainings for up to 60 junior electricians and power plant operators, monitoring work assignments and providing professional development guidance as needed to enhance performance of all operators.
