ACHIEVEMENTS
April 2020: Abbott Accomplishments: Completed ISO Training, Certifications 1,2&3 in Assembly and Test Technician of completed both Assembly and Test certifications #3 the same day with 98% and 100% test scores. Participated in Special Projects in developing process improvements, address build variation, and valve stream mapping for the Alinity-I. That would reduce the PE and part replacements that generate an increase in the Test verification process. And a created Smart Share system addresses short-term resolution on the production floor and long-term solutions with suppliers.
September 2018: Heldoorn Manufacturing- AQS 9100/ AS-9100 certification completion 6months of work within 45 days including the final audit with Perry Johnson completed and approval granted.
November 2014: Save the largest contract for Semeq Inc by rebuilding their training manual for technicians. Integrating Health and Safety ISO requirement and training a new tech within 5 weeks to achieving reinstatement of the largest account. February 2007: Resolve a major issue during a major reconstruction after Dana Corporation by rebuilding outdated PPAP, Quality Management Systems, Process, Work Instructions, and Part Layouts saving the company millions in lost production combine with achieving on-time delivery to current customers.
May 2006: Resolve a major issue to avoid M6 launch shutdown at Mazda by PPAP seven (7) parts for the seating program in 12 weeks!
June 2004: Generated Lesions Learn for the Ford Fusion Pre-Launch Team for the Body sides floor and Aprons to help avoid issues for the new stamping plant in Mexico. Of which avoided major “Throughput” issues going into JOB1 or Rate @Rate. Oct 2001: Resolve an Electrical Latch System design error for Dodge Viper Nov 1997: Ford Motor Company
Resolve a major issue at Ford Motor Company and reinstated a supplier after discovering an internal issue at Ford Motor company and order all 5 plants to reimburse the supplier over 1.5 million to supplier on a Packaging issue. Saving Ford Motor over 10 Million dollars in an assignment cost.
May 1995: General Motors - Mid/Lux Division Headquarters Door Division Resolved the Largest Warranty Return Issue in GM’s History 10 Million Dollar issue duration 3 years unsolved, resolve the issue in 8 months and save the program over 2.5 million dollars in projected losses.
