Providing Administrative and office support services for the council and its office. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives visitors and assist as necessary.

Receives calls and messages, directs as necessary and make calls as directed.

Creates spreadsheets and presentations as required from time to time.

Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Oversees the Registrar’s travel arrangements.
