• Planning, scheduling and implementing proactive marketing activities geared at attracting new export markets such as direct email and telemarketing campaigns. ie trade fair participation, trade missions and extension services to exporters

• Receiving inquiries from potential exporters looking for markets for their products

• Organizing and delivering presentations at local and international trade promotion workshops, seminars and conferences

• Meeting with and providing information, counselling and support to local and foreign buyers interested in exploring new business opportunities in Malawi

• Registering trade leads, following u activities and reporting regularly for appropriate intervention.
