SUMMARY

I have been an OTR for over 35 years in various settings, engaging in challenges to evaluate patients strengths and weakness’, define patients goals, and develop individual plan of treatment with a goal of individual return to function. My experiences have included settings with acute, long and short term care, out patients, pain management, work site evaluations, simulated work programs, and home care. Over the years, I have supervised COTA’s, served as a supervisor in home care and as temporary rehabilitation mgr in long term care. For the last 15 years, my focus has been challenged working with the Geriatric population.

I have raised my twins as a single parent and now ready for a new challenge. Throughout my years of personal and professional experiences, I have learned how to navigate through obstacles and advocate for my clients, ensuring efficiency and quality care. I have developed excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Of course while raising my twins, I have developed the ability to multitask. I am inquisitive with a focus on detail while exploring options to manage solutions.
