Norene Williams
. .
I have always pushed my career path towards opportunities that allow me to interact with people. I enjoy a busy office setting, and love putting my organizational skills to work keeping everything running smoothly, and in adherence to policy. I am a very fast learner, and am skilled with all business formats of the Windows operating system. I am also well versed in many tax and accounting programs, as well as all Microsoft Office programs.
I spend a good deal of time working with my community, especially through my church. I have been the chairman of the Bay Pines Lutheran annual silent auction for the past 4 years, and sit on the board of education at the church’s small school. I am looking for a change in career to something more stable and reliable than Real Estate, but I am not looking to slow down.

2002 – Present Realtor Broker Associate
I have been self employed for most of this century in the field of Real Estate. I got my license and began as a Realtor for Re/MAX, but like most agents moved around to find the best offices as times changed. No matter which company I hung my license at, my career was always aimed towards finding people their dream home, or getting them the best price when selling.
I grew with the industry as technology worked its way in, and grew very talented at using the systems in place to streamline the process of buying and selling. I met with clients, previewed homes, negotiated with other agents, and struggled with banks to ensure that my clients were always covered. I was top producer of my company on too many occasions to list, and was frequently listed in the Seminole Beacon among the top producers in the area.
2018-2019 Bite Squad
Driver
In addition to being a Realtor/Broker Associate, I worked at Bite Squad part time while the real estate market was slow. My duties were to pick up meals from restaurants and deliver to customers. I had to always show a happy face and be cheerful.
