Responsible for strategy development and global aptitude building to support bio-pharmaceutical payer customers while expertly developed Global PRA’s 5-year strategy by leading a team through Lilly’s strategy framework to understand challenges facing the external environment, develop mission/vision with critical success factors, and contributed to 2009 business plan to enhance global payer planning and capabilities.

Managed the International Payer Vision Transformation management and communication plan to ensure the payers’ perspective integration within business partners' plans and report IPV impact to Leadership as part of Lilly’s overall transformation plan.

Managed and coordinated Global PRA's Six Sigma initiatives to enhance cross-functional integration between PRA, Global Health Outcomes, and Global Medical through Change & Communications plan, updating processes and creating and updating job descriptions.

ST. JOSEPH MERCY OAKLAND HOSPITAL, PONTIAC, MI 2002 – 2003

Developed well-researched strategy for behavioral medicine programs' closures, including operational, communications, and public relations strategies as part of the hospital's new turnaround efforts to focus on their core service lines, saving the hospital $1.8 million over 3 months.

Expertly negotiated physician contracts and salaries between CFO and Director of Medical Education and brought contracts up to date with industry trends, resulting in increased value to the hospital.

Negotiated real estate contracts between physicians, hospital administration, and internal counsel resulting in net savings of almost $2 million and transformed contracts in compliance with federal regulations.
