BACKGROUND
Born and raise in small town in the center of Mexico, growing up with excellent cooks around me, decide to dedicate my life to food.
While i was in school, i succeeded in owning my own bakery, a result of hard work, no weekends, and 16 hours shifts every day. After i graduate and because the success of the bakery, the university ask me to teach the pastry classes, i loved to teach, was an amazing experience, I did that for four years while managing my own business.
I love people, i believe that ‘we are in the people business, via food', i worked for the best restaurants in town, as a front end manager, food and beverage manager, my experience in accounting, administration and HR that my bakery give me, help a lot in my professional life, And after all these restaurants and things that i wanted to do and very close to an age that I've set to have or do certain things in my life, i asked my self what else can i do here, what else can Durango offer to me, the answer was very disappointing.
In december 2017, i decided to move out the country, the scariest decision ever, after a six months process, lots of exams, evaluations and skype interviews, on June 2018 i arrive to the great Texas, to start my professional career in the states, and i couldn't be more grateful.
now I'm ready for new challenges, new restaurants, new homes and friends, I'm ready to be part of your team.
