Foreman-Responsible for ten employees. Major project in excess of $60 million - Hayworth at Tanglewood Luxury Apartments, Parking Garages and Basement. Installation of over 5,000 sprinkler heads, installed horizontal and vertical standpipe for temporary FDC four, six and eight-inch schedule 10 pipe. Installation of all galvanized pipe for dry systems in parking garages. Installed three story townhomes/eight-stories of CPVC spears fire blaze; 1, 1, 1 and 2-inch pipe. Hydro tested all levels for city inspection by Fire Marshal. Installation of escutcheon plates on all levels for completion of project. Responsible for EHI Warehouse in Spring, TX installation of all main and branch lines. Installation of 3-inch Schedule 10; 1, 1 and 1 inch schedule 40-inch pipe. Cut-in 200 sprinkler heads, add and relocate heads where necessary.
