Communication skills:
I have good communication skills gained through my experience as a workshop supervisor with Camara Education Uganda and Tanzania. Organisational / managerial skills:
Leadership: working as a workshop supervisor, I managed a group of 10-15 volunteers and staff Support members. I therefore gained useful managerial skills such as delegation and conflict resolution at work.
Job-Related Skills:
Business communication skills and service delivery: as a team leader, I devised means of quality service delivery through an implementation of a quality control (QC) for the refurbished computers prior to being delivered to destined schools. It has thus been adopted by other digital hubs in Africa as good a command of quality control processes.
Computer Skills:
Through the University Proposal and Reporting writing and class work, editing pictures for web design, building static and dynamic webpages and my final year project design and implementation respectively.
