Riley/IU Health - August 2002-present. Part-time employee in pediatric rehab/NICU since June 2017. Full-time employee in pediatric inpatient in 2004/2005. Also served as a prn therapist for the adult and pediatric populations at Methodist, IU and Riley, all in an inpatient setting. Began in pediatric/adult home care in 2002.
St. Vincent Hospital - August 2005-June 2017. Pediatric outpatient therapist serving clients 0-21 years of age. Full-time employee. Also served the pediatric population using aquatics modality.
School Based OT - January 2005-May 2016. Part-time contract employee in a variety of schools in the Indianapolis area including Speedway, Greenfield, Wayne Township and in 2015/2016 Kokomo schools.
Aegis Therapies - October 2000-September 2005. Worked at Greenfield (Brandywine) skilled nursing facility full time in 2002/2003, worked prn at Greenbriar for two summers for coverage. Also worked part-time at an Aegis facility in Petersburg, IN.
