Monitoring and Evaluation Officer:
Monitored the spending of two loans from The World Bank; the first loan, Emergency Operations Development Program (EODP) worth US$350M with a second loan, Emergency Operations Development Program – Additional Funding (EODP – AF), worth US$400M. Ensure funding was allocated for the correct projects in the correct amounts adhering to project timelines.
Consistently visited a variety of programs to offer on- the- ground coaching and support to enhance the outcomes that each program is working to achieve.

KfW Program Monitoring and Evaluation Officer 2018:
Ensured correct funding allocation from the Global Financial Centers Index, (GFCI, a subsidiary of the KfW bank), a German program dedicated to rebuilding infrastructure and resettling refugees affected by terrorism; the loan they provided was worth 500M Euro to rebuild infrastructure and resettle refugees after terrorist attacks.
Developed a technical and financial monitoring and reporting system (MARS), collaborating with other team members and the Management and Monitoring Consultant. The first monitoring and reporting system software in Iraq, MARS automatically observes progress, records data and alerts supervisors of possible red flags.
Scrutinized the progress of electricity, water and sanitation, roads and bridges, and health projects funded by the program, measured results, and tracked indicators against targets to ensure funds were used correctly.
Validated Sector Quality Reports from each division’s PMT for data accuracy and quality. Contributed data to the Consolidated Quarterly Report, sent to program’s steering committee and KfW.
As an active member of ReFAATO’s Leap Forward Committee, organize summits to attract investors to fund infrastructure projects. Tenders applications to rebuild areas of Iraq resulted from these summits and over 250 companies were interested in applying.
