Separation: Reorganization, elimination of position

-Managed a small team of tradeshow coordinators and meeting planners

-Mentored the team to evolve and improve their performance with the ever-changing business needs

-Developed out-of-the box tradeshows, including the call-to-action plan, booth configurations and design (65 tradeshows per year, including a 12,000 SQ FT exhibit, and an online portable booth program which supported 350 dealers and 100+ branches)

-Corporate meetings and launches (Managed a yearly world-wide dealer customer event with 1,600 attendees, breakouts, meals, including a 25,000 SQ technology exhibit)
