Profile

I am a detail-oriented PMP in IT Infrastructure, Change Management, Application Development, COTS Implementations and Data Processing. Experienced in end-to-end project management, particularly in Digital platform, DB migration to Cloud, system/application upgrades, integrations and new implementations for major financial institutes, public utilities and government ministries. Managed all levels of businesses stakeholders with their needs and expectations, defined functional requirements to the IT groups as well as external vendors.
