I started here again as a Receptionist and after a month they promoted me as a Dining Supervisor.

As a Dining Supervisor I need to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. I train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

Under the direction of the Food Service Manager, i need oversees all aspects of the dining operation, including staff scheduling, training, setup, service, breakdown, cleanliness, equipment, furnishings, and ordering of service related food and service supplies for dining, banquets and special events. I also need to coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth, efficient and pleasant service at all times. Oversees the assignment of the setup of coffee breaks and hour breaks of the employee. Must be available to work varying schedules; including evenings, weekends, holidays and over time in order to reflect the business needs of the department.
