I hold over 9 years’ experience in the Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry which started early on in my career as a Mechanical engineer. Since being exposed to these different industries, life has taught me many effective and efficient ways to implement, develop and manage health and safety compliance no matter the environment. I have learned a lot from the colleagues I have worked with and they contributed greatly into my success as a reliable and steadfast asset to work with. I have worked in and with small organizations of less than 50 employees and large organization with over 350 employees. In each organization I worked at, I have single- handedly managed the Health and safety department and reported directly to the General Manager, Managing Director and /or CEO of that organization and have actively played a role of a Health and Safety manager over the passed 5 years of my career.
