Twenty-eight-year career managing and leasing an 76,705 square foot, six story commercial office building with 48 offices. Full P&L accountability for sales and market planning, budget development and management, facilities maintenance and repair, construction supervision, capital improvements, lease negotiations, tenant relations, staff recruitment and training, project bids, subcontractor coordination, accounting and collections, and financial reporting. Manage an $827,000 expense budget.
Sourced and negotiated new vendor contracts and led full scale renovation projects to address flood and fire damage, as well as capital improvements and upgrades.
