IBM Divestiture Specialist, (2019- present)

Led complex contract process to transfer client entitlements from IBM to the new company. Worked directly with clients to create over 2400 sales quotes and successfully executed over 1100 short term contracts required to prepare clients for divestiture of existing IBM business.

Created tracking metrics and performance goals and hosted weekly meetings with WW Leaders to review divestiture contract metrics

Initiate merger of multiple contracts into single centralized agreement, synching billing and terms for improved management moving forward.

Collaborated with large extended team including, executives, value added resellers, business partners, sales, accounting, finance and legal to successfully execute divestiture in 12 month timeline.

o Selling new licenses and upgrades was key to my success in this role. o Successfully moved all SPSS customer over to IBM contracts. o Selected a team and trained agency temp employees to assist with IBM acquisition. Unum Provident Insurance Company Intake Coordinator/Collections Specialist, (1988-2002) o Responsible for collections, accounts receivables, check processing, data entry and special lead assignments.

o Monitor and maintain customer’s purchase and payment history. o Collaborate with salesperson or customer to resolve issues. o Responsible for training mentoring newly hired employees. o Accurately processed long term disability claims. IBM Administrative Assistant, (1980–1988)

o Responsible for submitting orders for numerous sales reps. This included making sure the correct parts were ordered and tracking shipments to make sure all customers received their orders as quickly as possible.

o Collections was key in this role. My goal was to ensure payment was received within a 30 day window and no payments were listed on the monthly 90 day report. o Key to this position was sales. I continually upgraded, increased volume, sold new products and provided my customers with courtesy calls to check on their needs or see if they were having any issues.

o My goal while in this position was to ensure my reps made their quota and received the yearly invitation to attend the IBM 100% Club. As a strong administrator, I was also given an IBM Means Service Reward which also qualified me to attend the 100% Club. o Territory clean up became one of my specialties. I quickly became a “High Performer Territory Floater”. In this position I was removed from my current territory and assigned to clean up the other territories that were not in good shape. These territories needed major clean-ups. Significant Career Achievements
