After order confirmation the evaluated garment is re-analyzed for better and economical methods to reduce the negotiated CMT in order to stay in safe margin. It means reduction of SMV by construction simplification related to seam and method without affecting the actual appearance of sample.

Monitoring equipment utilization and machine downtime with responsibility for the implementation of corrective preventative actions (CAPA)implementation of best practices like Kaizen, 5S, safety awareness program

Time, motion study & line balancing, productivity increase, space & manpower utilization/saving.

Planning of assembly conveyor, machines, Equipment’s, toUnique tools, In-process verification equipment’s in line with manufacturing targets & manufacturing must & wants.
