Bookkeeping skills which were developed while at Entebbe municipal council. We ensured that all licenses were properly recited and also all the municipals expenses were properly vouchered and further put in vote
books to avoid over expenditures and also verification of documents like Cheques
While at Bank of Uganda we acquired knowledge on the use of various payment systems for example Electronic transfer fund (EFT), SWIFT, Real Time Gross Payment System (RTGS), we also informed on the process of
Acquiring government securities that is treasury bills and bonds till their maturity
Auditing concepts that I attained at Office of Auditor General and KPMG. This was through staff trainings regarding the audit process and through
engagement meetings that I attended at various ministries and public
institutions. Collecting of data during audit process and formulation of financial manuals skills were obtained as I partially worked at Roberaikes and Company Audit firm.
Team building skills developed while my internship at Bank of Uganda we had to work together with my fellow interns in the department so as to accomplish tasks and duties efficiently and effectively as well as at campus through our group course work assignments and presentation.
Leadership skills which I acquired from as far as high school where I held various post as well attained training that nurtured me as a good student leader in school.
Communication skills have been developed by my constant interaction with people at campus, clients during my internship at Entebbe municipal council, clients in different public offices as well as missions to various parts of the country where we preached to different people.
