Identify the strategic high risk commodities and develop a back-up plan to ensure continuity of supply

Develop and implement roadmap to ensure that a 85% of the category is contracted via the category management process

Develop a supplier management framework to manage supplier performance, delivery and continuous improvement

Develop a database with usage, pricing and performance benchmarks for the category across the Group

Provide input into the inventory management process for the category based on supplier performance and market dynamics

Workshop with stakeholders technical and commercial opportunities

Analyse the relevant supply market and commodity to identify procurement opportunities in both price and application.

Analysis of value chains and consumption patterns which will identify total cost of ownership

Conducts assessment of business requirements, products, spend and supply market analyses for relevant commodity groups.

Engages with BU stakeholders to clarify requirements, issues and prioritize the project that is required from the commodity management and contracts management function.
