Smash Management Company for Clubs 2012 Till Present General Manager

Some of my main rules are: -

- Steering initiatives towards entire administration of Club Operations with chief responsibilities pertaining to Hospitality Operations, Catering, Administration & Facilities Management.

- Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and coordinating club operations to achieve optimum operating results and to improve the overall standards.

- Fore fronted operations for administration of 369 Rooms - 664 Beds Resort; responsible for the general operation of Front Office i.e. Reception, Reservations, Concierge and Switchboard and Housekeeping, Laundry as well as Recreation area.

- Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation.

- Developing budgets & MIS as well as conducting variance analysis between projected figures & actual expenditure and corrective actions.

- Implementing and managing the rooms division’s annual budget, business and marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet or exceed management expectations.

- Responsible for short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the rooms and related areas.

- Assuring maximization of total room occupancy by supervising the accurate listing of all future reservations and providing effective sales effort at Front Desk to maximize rooms’ revenue.
