MAJOR ACADEMIC PROJECT (B.E)
Project Title: - INVESTIGATION OF HEAT EXCAHNGER BY USING WASTE ENGINEOIL
Duration: - 3 months
Team size: - 4
Role: - Team Leader
Description: - This project discusses about determining the efficiency of waste engine oil. The heat exchanger is the mechanical device in which heat is transferred from hot fluid to cold fluid without mixing with each other. In this experiment we are using a waste engine oil as hot fluid because the oil has greatest capability of holding heat as compare to water, the main purpose of using waste engine oil is to recycling in various industrial application. MAJOR ACADEMIC PROJECT (M.Tech)
Project Title: - Design and Structural analysis of ALLOY-WHEEL Duration: - 3 months
Description:- The main objectives of our study are as follows,
Design of Alloy-wheel using CATIA V5 and validate FE Model of Alloy-Wheel using HYPERMESH.
To carry-out Linear Static Analysis (OPTISTRUCT) and to Perform Impact Test Analysis
(RADIOSS) of the Alloy-Wheel under the limit load conditions.
Performing the impact Test Analysis, material with high Reserve Factor performs better under crash/impact loading condition. Composite material having balanced weight to strength ratio is more suitable material for the Alloy-Wheel.
