For the past 15 years I have had the opportunities to Lead Teams of Storage Engineers successfully executing various Projects within Corporate Infrastructures. EMC Storage Array Technical Refreshes, HP Storage Arrays, DataDomain, Physical and Virtual Tape Silos, Cisco SANs, Brocade SANs, upgrades and migrations to existing Arrays and Director SAN Switches for hundreds of physical servers, i.e. DELL and HP. Hosting thousands of Virtual Servers running Windows, Linux, Solaris, operating Systems. Data Center Migrations, Data Center Builds company owned and or leased Colocations.

Absolute Vendor relations and coordination’s of 3rd party and contractors. Consolidating Arrays, creating Release, Test, QA, R&D, and Production environments withing the infrastructure.

Many Projects were led as a Project Manager/PMO with coordination/participation of other Teams assigned to the projects, i.e. Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Storage Engineering, Data Center Hardware Services, Systems Developers, and Quality Management Teams where I was the Lead Storage Engineer representing the Storage Engineering Teams. Projects I coordinated had a range of $75k to $1.3 Million dollars in storage, SAN, and hosts interfaces budgets.

Executing Storage Engineering disciplines and procedures, following Best Practices, Corporate Standards and PMO requirements.

Providing Architecture Designs and documentation for Storage Environments for the infrastructure and Client Facing dedicated environments using Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, delivering the Storage Engineering solution to the PMO, Technical Writers, and Change Management Teams.
