Endurance testing of products such as Alternator, Starter motor and Wiper motor.

Design & Production validation of electro mechanical products.

Involved in development of test rig facilities for Alternator, Starter motor and Wiper motor to meet the customer requirement and Industry standards.

Reliability study and Field failure analysis for electro mechanical products.

Simulation testing of field failure analysis to evaluate the root cause analysis of the product failure.

Conduct difference types of Starter motor Testing such as No load test, Simulation test, Over run test, Continuous cranking test, Impact test, Lock test.

Conduct Environmental testing

o Vibration test Combined with variable climate condition. o Water spray test for various standard (IS, JIS,&DIN) o Multi Environment over stress testing (MEOST).

o Salt spray test and Grit with Salt spray test.
