My job entailed most of what you read above, but at this store, my main focuses were, selling, designing, manufacturing and installation of signs. I was responsible for dealing with government agencies at all levels in order to pull permits for every sign we installed. In addition, I was hands-on hiring, firing, training and scheduling employees. Furthermore, I was responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, ordering, pricing, and advertising. This was a franchise. The entire franchise went bankrupt in 1991.
